 If any defects found, please contact our customer service within specified period. (Reject Change the goods) 
2.  The quality of the goods sold are garanteed, according to their warranty. For those without warranty, they are protected according to the pertinent regulations of China. Please check carefully the goods you received are the same as that stated on the delivery note at the time of delivery. At the same time, if you find any discrepancy such as wrong delivery or damaged package, please raise your problem to the deliverer who will not be entertained after the delivery. 
3. Please contact us after you have checked all goods within specified period together with the delivery note and the goods purchased. 
4. If the problem is caused by the customer (such as he did not read the introduction before ordering, or repeated order),you could return the shoes, but we don't include the shoes return shipping fee.
 
5. If the problem is caused by us, please contact our customer services for refund or exchange another pairs with following requirements:
· within one week from the date of receipt.
· both the packing and the goods are in good condition.
· delivery note and invoice are enclosed.
